Introducing the LIW coaching offer. Recognise and develop your high value team members and support them to achieve their professional goals. We will work with you to pair your team members with a high quality leadership coach from our team of over 60 coaches worldwide. All of our coaches bring different skills and approaches to support your team in their development. Part of our service is bringing the right coaches to connect with your team.
Package Inclusions:
- Understanding your goals
- Coach and coachee chemistry session.
- Goal setting for the coach and coachee
- 6 x 60 minute virtual coaching sessions.
Your team member will receive a customised e-gift card that you will send to them, which contains details about their engagement journey. This will help them to feel valued.
We will arrange to send your team member a welcome note and three coaching profiles, followed by an initial chemistry check session with their top two coaches.
After this your team will select their preferred coach. Coaching sessions will then proceed monthly for the subsequent six months.
